This website collects personal data exclusively through the contact form. The data collected includes:

Name — for identification and personalised response
Email address — to reply to your enquiry
Phone number — optional, for alternative contact
Business type and service of interest — to tailor the response to your situation
Free-text message — content of your communication

The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed by the voluntary act of submitting the form, and legitimate interest in providing the requested services (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Sub-processors and Data Transfers

Data submitted via the contact form is processed by FormSubmit.co, acting as a sub-processor, which forwards it by email to the data controller. FormSubmit does not permanently store the data. The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. with servers in the European Union. No transfers of data to third countries outside the European Economic Area take place.

4. Retention Period

Personal data received by email is retained for the period strictly necessary to respond to the request and, if applicable, to provide contracted services. If no contract is entered into, data is deleted within a maximum of 12 months after the last contact.

5. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses only essential technical cookies required for WordPress to function (session, security). No tracking, advertising or behavioural analytics cookies are used. No third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar) are used.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
